Appointment Overview
Take a look at what appointments look like before you schedule. We want you to know what to expect so you can be as comfortable as possible coming into the appointment.
New client appointments are ~2 hours. Returning client appointments are ~1 hour for adults and ~1-1.5 hours for children.

We ask that all new clients bring their existing pills/supplements in order to scan them.

Waiting Area
This is our comfortable and relaxing waiting area. Feel free to read, work, or nap. If you haven't filled out the required forms here, then please arrive 30 min early to do so.

The Office
This is where your appointment will take place. You will sit in the chair on the left as Dr. Howell performs the Live Blood Analysis, Bioenergetic Analysis, and reviews supplement recommendations. Please come knowing this will be a relaxing, no-stress environment.

Discovery & Recommendations
Through the processes mentioned above, we will uncover the "check engine lights" from your body and how to address the root of these issues. We ensure each supplement you are sent home with is actually compatible with your body energetically through a bioenergetic scan on the supplement itself. All analyses and results are discussed during the appointment.

Follow Through
We hope you're ready for a lifestyle change if you're here. Being a naturopathic practice, we help identify how to improve your health, but it is ultimately your job to make the change. Whether taking supplements, implementing a diet, or committing to other recommendations, we hope you follow through. A 4-6 week follow-up appointment is recommended to make necessary adjustments and see how the body is progressing.
